Our Story, Our Purpose

Founded in 2026, RiseRahama Initiative grew from a simple conviction: that investing in women is the highest-return investment a community can make.

Our Journey to Empowerment

Founded on the belief that equality is the cornerstone of progress, RiseRahama Initiative is dedicated to transforming the lives of women and girls across Uganda.

We saw communities brimming with untapped potential and decided to take action. Through targeted education, skills training, and unwavering support, we are dismantling barriers and building bridges to economic independence. Our story is still being written by the courageous women who step through our doors every day, ready to claim their future.

Our Journey to Empowerment

What Drives Us

At RiseRahama, our work is guided by a deep-rooted commitment to sustainable change. These core principles shape every program we launch and every life we touch, ensuring we remain true to our mission of empowering women and transforming communities in Uganda.

Community First

We believe that the people closest to the problem are closest to the solution. We design all our initiatives in deep partnership with the local communities we serve.

Sustainable Empowerment

We focus on long-term independence rather than short-term relief. By providing education and economic skills, we equip women to build their own futures.

Integrity & Accountability

Trust is the foundation of our work. We operate with radical transparency, honoring the trust of our donors, partners, and the communities that welcome us.
