Grace Ninsiima is the Founder of RiseRahama and a passionate advocate for women's and children's rights in Uganda. She brings diverse expertise as an educator, investment analyst, and International Area Manager at BYU-Pathway Worldwide, dedicating her career to creating educational and economic opportunities for underserved communities.
Naturinda Winnifred serves as the Project Coordinator for RiseRahama, acting as a crucial pillar of our leadership team. She oversees the execution of our core initiatives, from skills training to community support programs. Her organizational expertise and passionate dedication help transform our mission into tangible, life-changing results.
Serving as the Administrator, Nakato Doreen oversees the smooth, day-to-day operations at RiseRahama. Her logistical expertise and strong organizational skills ensure our team is fully supported as they work to create lasting, positive change for women and girls in Uganda.
Nambuye Rukiah serves on the frontlines of RiseRahama’s initiatives as our dedicated Field Officer. She is responsible for mobilizing community members, coordinating local skills-training sessions, and providing hands-on support to the women and girls in our programs. Her empathy, energy, and grassroots approach help transform our vision into everyday reality.
